Dusty Marshall - Lead Pastor

 Born in Hobbs New Mexico in 1983, Dusty has recently become the Lead Pastor of Castle Ave. Baptist Church in Hobbs NM. He also attened University of the Southwest, majoring  in Psychology with a minor in Religion. Castle is Dusty's first Pastorate. Around the age of seventeen, while attending a covenant weekend at Taylor Memorial Baptist in Hobbs, He accepted Christ as his savior. He later was Baptized at Vista Pointe Baptist in Hobbs that year. While attending Vista Pointe Dusty became the Drama Leader of Pure Passion Drama, and a youth sponser. While on a youth trip with Vista Pointe's Fire Proof Youth ministries, Dusty surrendered to the call of ministry. Two years ago Dusty left Vista Pointe to become our pastor. He is also the Baptist Student Union Director here in Hobbs, where he works with the University of the Southwest and New Mexcio Junior College, helping to spread the gospel to our local college students here in Hobbs. On June 28th 2008, he was married to one Elizabeth Young. Diana has been with Castle for a very long time now. Originally as a youth and now as our worship leader. She is married to Chris who has been licensed as a minister by Castle. They have a wonderful son and live here in Hobbs. Diana leads our worship every Sunday morning, we'd love for you to stop by and check us out. God bless.

Chad Laster - Media Minister

Chad has been here at Castle for many years. His father Jim was our pastor for 10+ in the late 80's and 90's. Chad has now stepped up to the role of Meda Minister here and is also the President of our board of Trustees. We are glad Chad is here with us and look forward to what God has in store for our Sunday worship service.

Rob Hayes - Treasurer

Rob is our new treasurer. Rob and his wife Staci came to Hobbs in January of 2009. Rob has his Doctorate in Nuclear Engineering and works for WIPP, he is also a Professor at the University of the Southwest teaching math’s and physics. Rob also serves as our Evangelism Director helping us reach our community for Christ. We are glad him and his wife have joined us here at Castle and are glad Rob keeps us financially up to date.
